Reservation
If you have not booked directly, we will confirm your booking with a written booking confirmation - subject to the deposit / 1st transfer.
Arrival and departure
Our apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Our apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pay
By bank transfer, according to booking conditions
Dogs
Dogs are allowed on request. Fee 15 € / night

Smoke
Smoking is prohibited in our apartment, this also applies to the balcony. There is enough space outside for your enjoyment - including great views of the mountains.

Cancellation conditions
up to 90 days before arrival: retention of the deposit amount of 20%
from 89 to 30 days before arrival: retention of 40%
from 29 to 8 days before arrival: retention of 70%
from 7 to 3 days before arrival: retention of 90%
from 2 days before arrival, in the event of no-show or early departure:
retention of 100% of the booked arrangement.

Travel cancellation insurance
In order to avoid cancellation costs entirely, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when booking.
